 Social Security Benefits Allowance is given to contract employees in lieu of pension. This allowance is 30% at the minimum stage of each scale. سوشل سکیورٹی بینیفٹس الاؤنس کنٹریکٹ ملازمین کو پنشن کے عوض دیا جاتا ہے۔ یہ الاؤنس ہر سکیل کی کم از کم سٹیج پر 30 فیصد ہوتا ہے۔ اور جب سکیل ریوائز ہوتےہیں تو یہ الاؤنس بھی ریوائز ہوتا ہے۔چونکہ یکم جولائی 2022 سے سکیل ریوائز ہوئے ہیں تو اس لئے اب ایس ایس بی ریٹس بھی تبدیل ہو جائیں گے۔جیسا کہ نیچے ایک چارٹ کے ذریعے دکھایا گیا ہے۔
