سندھ نوٹیفکیشن پے اینڈ الاؤنسز جولائی 2022 کا اردو میں ترجمہ

1-تمام ملازمین کے لئے یکم جولائی 2022 سے بیسک پے سکیلز کو ریوائز کر دیا گیا ہے۔

2- بیسک پے سکیلز 2022 کو بیسک پے سکیلز 2017 سے بدل دیا گیا ہے۔ جیسا کہ آفس میمورینڈم کے اندر ایک ٹیبل میں دیکھایا گیا ہے۔ 

3-فکسیشن کا طریقہ کار:Employees Corner Zia 

30 جون 2022 کو جو آپ کی بیسک ہوگی بی پی ایس 2017 کے مطابق وہ پوائنٹ ٹو پوائنٹ اسی سٹیج میں رہتے ہوئے بی پی ایس 2022 میں فکس ہو جائے گی۔

جو زیادہ سے زیادہ سٹیجز کی حد سے گزر کر پرسنل پے (پی پی) لے رہے ہیں وہ بھی بی پی ایس 2022 کے مطابق ریوائز ہو نگی۔

4-ان سکیلوں کو متعارف کرانے سے پہلے کم سے اعلیٰ عہدوں/ سکیل میں ترقی کے معاملات میں، نظرثانی شدہ پے سکیل میں متعلقہ ملازمین کی تنخواہ مقرر کی جا سکتی ہے اور اس میں اضافہ کیا جا سکتا ہے کہ یہ اس تنخواہ سے کم نہ ہو جو قابل قبول ہوتی۔ اگر ان سکیلز کے متعارف ہونے کے بعد اس کی اعلیٰ پوسٹ/ سکیل پر ترقی ہوئی تھی۔

5-سالانہ ترقی یکم دسمبر سے ہر سال نئے بی پی ایس 2022 کے مطابق ملے گی۔

6-ایڈہاک ریلیف الاؤنسز Employees Corner Zia

ایڈہاک ریلیف الاؤنسز2021,2020,2019,2018,2017,2016,2015,2013  یکم جولائی 2022 سے ختم ہوجائے گے۔ 

ایڈہاک ریلیف الاؤنس 2022 بی پی ایس 2017 کی رننگ بیسک پر 15 فیصد دیا جائے گا۔ریگولر اور کنٹریکٹ ملازمین کو اور ساتھ ہی فریز ہو جائے گا۔یہ یکم جولائی 2022 سے دیا جائے گا۔

نئے بھرتی ہونے والے ملازمین کو 15 فیصد ان کے سکیل کے مطابق بی پی ایس 2017 کی  بنیادی سٹیج (زیرو سٹیج پر پندرہ فیصد) دیا جائے گا۔ اور ساتھ ہی فریز ہو جائے گا۔ Employees Corner Zia 

ایڈہاک ریلیف الاؤنس 2022 پے میں شامل کر کے اگر پے انکم ٹیکس کے قابل ہوئی تو اس پر انکم ٹیکس کٹوتی ہو گی۔ 

E.O.L ایکسٹرا آرڈینری لیو کے علاوہ بقیہ تمام لیو پر یہ الاؤنس ملے گا۔

یہ ایڈہاک ریلیف الاؤنس 15فیصد 2022 پنشن اور گریجوایٹی کا حصہ نہ ہوگا۔

بیرون ملک پوسٹنگ/ ڈیپوٹیشن کی صورت میں یہ الاؤنس نہیں ملے گا۔

ہاں بیرون ملک پوسٹنگ/ ڈیپوٹیشن سے واپسی پر یہ الاؤنس ملنا شروع ہو جائے گا۔

سروس سسپنشن کے دوران بھی یہ الاؤنس بھی ملے گا۔

یہ ایڈہاک ریلیف الاؤنس 15فیصد 2022 پرسنل پے پر بھی ملے گا۔

8- Differential Allowance Employees Corner Zia

الاؤنسز کی تفریق کو ختم کرنے کے لئے سندھ حکومت نے اپنے ملازمین کے لئے ڈیفرینشل الاؤنس متعارف کروایا ہے۔ یہ ڈیفرینشل الاؤنس ، ایڈہاک ریلیف الاؤنس  2013،2015،2017،2019،2020،2021 کی تفریق کو ختم کرنے کے لئے دیا گیا ہے۔میں نے ایک اور تفریق کا ٹیبل بنایا ہے جس میں اس کو واضح کیا گیا ہے۔اور یہ بی پی ایس 2017 کی بیسک پے پر ملے گا۔ اور ساتھ ہی فریز ہو جائے گا۔اور یکم جولائی 2022 سے دیا جائے گا۔

E.O.L ایکسٹرا آرڈینری لیو کے علاوہ بقیہ تمام لیو پر یہ الاؤنس ملے گا۔

ڈیفرینشل الاؤنس 2022 پے میں شامل کر کے اگر پے انکم ٹیکس کے قابل ہوئی تو اس پر انکم ٹیکس کٹوتی ہو گی۔ 

یہ ڈیفرینشل الاؤنس پنشن اور گریجوایٹی کا حصہ نہ ہوگا۔

بیرون ملک پوسٹنگ/ ڈیپوٹیشن کی صورت میں یہ الاؤنس نہیں ملے گا۔

ہاں بیرون ملک پوسٹنگ/ ڈیپوٹیشن سے واپسی پر یہ الاؤنس ملنا شروع ہو جائے گا۔

10- سندھ ملازمین کے لئے آپشن ہے کہ وہ اس بی پی ایس 2022 کو اختیار کرنا چاہتاہے یا بی پی ایس 2017 کو ۔ اور یہ آپشن 30 دن کے بعد آٹو میٹک ختم ہو جائے گی اور آپ کو بی پی ایس 2022 سکیم پر تصور کیا جائے گا۔

اور آخر میں بیسک پے سکیل ٹیبل دیا گیا ہے جو تمام ملازمین کے لئے یکساں ہے۔ جس کی مدد سے آپ اپنی پے فکس کر سکتے ہیں۔

1- The basic pay scales have been revised with effect from 1st July 2022 for all employees.

2- Basic Pay Scales 2022 has been replaced by Basic Pay Scales 2017. As seen in a table within the Office Memorandum.

3-Procedure of Fixation: Employees Corner Zia

As per BPS 2017 which will be your basic on June 30, 2022, it will be fixed in BPS 2022 while remaining in the same stage of point to point.

Those drawing Personal Pay (PP) beyond the maximum stages will also not be revised as per BPS 2022.

4-In the case of promotion to the lower and higher posts/scales prior to the introduction of these scales, the pay of the concerned employees in the revised pay scale may be fixed and increased so that it is not less than the said pay. Be that which would be acceptable. If he was promoted to a higher post/scale after the introduction of these scales.

The 5-year increment will be met from 1st December every year as per the new BPS 2022.

6-Ad hoc relief allowances

Ad Hoc Relief Allowances 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, and 2013 will end on 1st July 2022.

Ad Hoc Relief Allowance 2022 will be given at 15% on the running basis of BPS 2017. Regular and contract employees will also be frozen. It will be given from 1st July 2022.

Newly recruited employees will be given 15% as per their scale base stage of BPS 2017 (15% on zero stage). And will freeze as well. Employees Corner Zia

Ad Hoc Relief Allowance 2022 will be deducted from income tax if the payment is made taxable by adding it to the pay.

This allowance will be available on all leave except E.O.L Extraordinary Leave.

This ad hoc relief allowance 15% will not be part of the 2022 pension and graduation.

This allowance will not be available in case of posting/deputation abroad.

Yes, this allowance will start on return from posting/deputation abroad.

This allowance will also be available during the suspension of service.

This ad hoc relief allowance of 15% on 2022 personal pay will also be available.

8- Differential Allowance Employees Corner Zia

Sindh Government has introduced a differential allowance for its employees to eliminate the differential of allowances. This Differential Allowance, Ad Hoc Relief Allowance 2013, 2015, 2017, 2019, 2020, and 2021 is given to eliminate the differential. PS will be available on 2017 Basic Pay. And at the same time it will be frozen. And it will be given from 1st July 2022.

This allowance will be available on all leave except E.O.L Extraordinary Leave.

By including the differential allowance in 2022 pay, if the pay becomes taxable, it will be deducted from income tax.

This differential allowance will not be part of pension and graduation.

This allowance will not be available in case of posting/deputation abroad.

Yes, this allowance will start on return from posting/deputation abroad.

10- There is an option for Sindh employees they want to opt for this BPS 2022 or BPS 2017. And this option will automatically expire after 30 days and you will be considered for BPS 2022 scheme.

And finally the basic pay scale table is given which is the same for all the employees. With the help of this you can fix your pay.
