پنجاب نوٹیفکیشن پے اینڈ الاؤنسز جولائی 2022 کا اردو میں ترجمہ

1-تمام ملازمین کے لئے یکم جولائی 2022 سے بیسک پے سکیلز کو ریوائز کر دیا گیا ہے۔

2- بیسک پے سکیلز 2022 کو بیسک پے سکیلز 2017 سے بدل دیا گیا ہے۔ جیسا کہ آفس میمورینڈم کے اندر ایک ٹیبل میں دیکھایا گیا ہے۔ 

3-فکسیشن کا طریقہ کار:Employees Corner Zia 

30 جون 2022 کو جو آپ کی بیسک ہوگی بی پی ایس 2017 کے مطابق وہ پوائنٹ ٹو پوائنٹ اسی سٹیج میں رہتے ہوئے بی پی ایس 2022 میں فکس ہو جائے گی۔

جو زیادہ سے زیادہ سٹیجز کی حد سے گزر کر پرسنل پے (پی پی) لے رہے ہیں وہ بھی بی پی ایس 2022 کے مطابق ریوائز ہو نگی۔

4-ان سکیلوں کو متعارف کرانے سے پہلے کم سے اعلیٰ عہدوں/ سکیل میں ترقی کے معاملات میں، نظرثانی شدہ پے سکیل میں متعلقہ ملازمین کی تنخواہ مقرر کی جا سکتی ہے اور اس میں اضافہ کیا جا سکتا ہے کہ یہ اس تنخواہ سے کم نہ ہو جو قابل قبول ہوتی۔ اگر ان سکیلز کے متعارف ہونے کے بعد اس کی اعلیٰ پوسٹ/ سکیل پر ترقی ہوئی تھی۔

5-سالانہ ترقی یکم دسمبر سے ہر سال نئے بی پی ایس 2022 کے مطابق ملے گی۔

6-ایڈہاک ریلیف الاؤنسز Employees Corner Zia

ایڈہاک ریلیف الاؤنسز 2016، 2017،2018،2019،2021  یکم جولائی 2022 سے ختم ہوجائے گے۔ یعنی بی پی ایس 2022 میں ضم ہو جائیں گے۔ 

7-ایڈہاک ریلیف الاؤنس15 فیصد  2022 بی پی ایس 2017 کی رننگ بیسک پر 15 فیصد دیا جائے گا۔ اور ساتھ ہی فریز ہو جائے گا۔یہ یکم جولائی 2022 سے دیا جائے گا۔

نئے بھرتی ہونے والے ملازمین کو 15 فیصد ان کے سکیل کے مطابق بی پی ایس 2017 کی  بنیادی سٹیج (زیرو سٹیج پر پندرہ فیصد) دیا جائے گا۔ اور ساتھ ہی فریز ہو جائے گا۔ Employees Corner Zia

یہ ایڈہاک ریلیف الاؤنس 15 فیصد 2022 پے میں ڈال کر اگر پے انکم ٹیکس کے قابل ہوتی ہے تو اس پر انکم ٹیکس لاگو ہوگا۔ 

یہ الاؤنس ایکسٹرا آرڈینری لیو کے علاوہ بقیہ تمام لیو کے دوران ملے گا۔

یہ الاؤنس پنشن اور گریجوایٹی کا حصہ نہ ہے اور نہ ہاؤس رینٹ ریکوری میں کام دے گا۔

یہ الاؤنس بیرون ملک ڈیپوٹیشن پر رہنے والے ملازمین کو نہیں دیا جائے گا۔

ہاں ڈیپوٹیشن سے واپسی پر یہ الاؤنس دیا جائے گا۔

یہ الاؤنس سسپنشن کے دوران بھی ملے گا۔یعنی اگر کوئی ملازم سسپنڈ ہوجاتاہے تو یہ الاؤنس ملتا رہے گا۔

اور بیسک پے کی ٹرم سے مراد بیسک پے میں پرسنل پے شامل ہے یعنی پی پی انکریمنٹس کو کہتے ہیں اور یہ الاؤنس پرسنل پے (پی پی) پر بھی ملے گا۔ Employees Corner Zia

8- آٹھویں پیرے میں آپشن دی گئی ہے کہ اگر آپ بی پی ایس 2017 پر رہنا چاہتے ہیں تو رہ سکتے ہیں لیکن آپ نے یہ آپشن منتخب نہیں کرنی۔ 30دن کا وقت ہو گا۔وقت گزرنے کے بعد آپ کو بی پی ایس 2022 پر آٹو میٹیکل منتقل کر دیا جائے گا۔

اور آخر میں اینیکسر آئی (ٹیبل) دیا گیا ہے۔ جس کی مدد سے آپ اپنی پے فکس کر سکتے ہیں۔

1- The basic pay scales have been revised with effect from 1st July 2022 for all employees.

2- Basic Pay Scales 2022 has been replaced by Basic Pay Scales 2017. As seen in a table within the Office Memorandum.

3-Procedure of Fixation: Employees Corner Zia

As per BPS 2017 which will be your basic on June 30, 2022, it will be fixed in BPS 2022 while remaining in the same stage of point to point.

Those drawing Personal Pay (PP) beyond the maximum stages will also not be revised as per BPS 2022.

4-In the case of promotion to the lower and higher posts/scales prior to the introduction of these scales, the pay of the concerned employees in the revised pay scale may be fixed and increased so that it is not less than the said pay. Be that which would be acceptable. If he was promoted to a higher post/scale after the introduction of these scales.

The 5-year increment will be met from 1st December every year as per the new BPS 2022.

6-Ad hoc Relief Allowances Employees Corner Zia

Ad Hoc Relief Allowances 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021 will end from 1st July 2022. That means BPS will merge in 2022.

7-Ad hoc relief allowance of 15% will be given on the running basis of 2022 BPS 2017. And at the same time it will be frozen. It will be given from July 1, 2022.

Newly recruited employees will be given 15% as per their scale base stage of BPS 2017 (15% on zero stage). And will freeze as well. Employees Corner Zia

This ad-hoc relief allowance of 15% in 2022 pay will be subject to income tax if the pay is taxable.

This allowance will be available during all other leaves except extraordinary leave.

This allowance is not part of pension and gratuity and will not work in house rent recovery.

This allowance will not be given to employees on deputation abroad.

Yes, this allowance will be given on return from deputation.

This allowance will be available even during suspension. That is, if an employee is suspended, this allowance will continue to be received.

And the term Basic Pay refers to Basic Pay including Personal Pay i.e. PP increments and this allowance will also be available on Personal Pay (PP). Employees Corner Zia

8- In the eighth paragraph the option is given that if you want to stay on BPS 2017 then you can stay but you have not selected this option. There will be a period of 30 days. After this period you will be automatically transferred to BPS 2022.
