The Basic Pay Scales - 2022 shall replace the Basic Pay Scales •

 

2017 with effect from 01-07-2022 as contained in  Annexure-l  to this circular letter.

خیبر پختونخواہ نوٹیفکیشن پے اینڈ الاؤنسز جولائی 2022 کا اردو میں ترجمہ

1-تمام ملازمین کے لئے یکم جولائی 2022 سے بیسک پے سکیلز کو ریوائز کر دیا گیا ہے۔

2- بیسک پے سکیلز 2022 کو بیسک پے سکیلز 2017 سے بدل دیا گیا ہے۔ جیسا کہ آفس میمورینڈم کے اندر ایک ٹیبل میں دیکھایا گیا ہے۔ 

3-فکسیشن کا طریقہ کار:Employees Corner Zia 

30 جون 2022 کو جو آپ کی بیسک ہوگی بی پی ایس 2017 کے مطابق وہ پوائنٹ ٹو پوائنٹ اسی سٹیج میں رہتے ہوئے بی پی ایس 2022 میں فکس ہو جائے گی۔

جو زیادہ سے زیادہ سٹیجز کی حد سے گزر کر پرسنل پے (پی پی) لے رہے ہیں وہ بھی بی پی ایس 2022 کے مطابق ریوائز ہو نگی۔

4-ان سکیلوں کو متعارف کرانے سے پہلے کم سے اعلیٰ عہدوں/ سکیل میں ترقی کے معاملات میں، نظرثانی شدہ پے سکیل میں متعلقہ ملازمین کی تنخواہ مقرر کی جا سکتی ہے اور اس میں اضافہ کیا جا سکتا ہے کہ یہ اس تنخواہ سے کم نہ ہو جو قابل قبول ہوتی۔ اگر ان سکیلز کے متعارف ہونے کے بعد اس کی اعلیٰ پوسٹ/ سکیل پر ترقی ہوئی تھی۔

5-سالانہ ترقی یکم دسمبر سے ہر سال نئے بی پی ایس 2022 کے مطابق ملے گی۔

6-ایڈہاک ریلیف الاؤنسز

ایڈہاک ریلیف الاؤنسز 2016، 2017،2018،2019،2021  یکم جولائی 2022 سے ختم ہوجائے گے۔ یعنی بی پی ایس 2022 میں ضم ہو جائیں گے۔ (5 فیصد 2013 اور 2.5 فیصد 2015 کا ذکر نوٹیفکیشن میں نہ ہے اس کا مطلب یہ ہو ا کہ یہ دونوں الاؤنسز جاری رہے گے۔)

7-ایڈہاک ریلیف الاؤنس 2022 پندرہ فیصد

ایڈہاک ریلیف الاؤنس 2022 بی پی ایس 2017 کی رننگ بیسک پر 15 فیصد دیا جائے گا۔ اور ساتھ ہی فریز ہو جائے گا۔یہ یکم جولائی 2022 سے دیا جائے گا۔

نئے بھرتی ہونے والے ملازمین کو 15 فیصد ان کے سکیل کے مطابق بی پی ایس 2017 کی  بنیادی سٹیج (زیرو سٹیج پر پندرہ فیصد) دیا جائے گا۔ اور ساتھ ہی فریز ہو جائے گا( اور دونوں الاؤنسز بھی 2013 اور 2015اگر ختم نہیں ہوئے تو ملے گےاس کے متعلق اے جی خیبر پختو خواں سے کلیریفکیشن مطلوب ہے) Employees Corner Zia

اگر ایڈہاک ریلیف الاؤنس 2022 لگا کر پے انکم ٹیکس کے قابل ہوئی تو انکم ٹیکس کاٹا جائے گا۔ 

ای او ایل یعنی ایکسٹرا آرڈینری لیو کے علاوہ تمام لیو پر یہ الاؤنس دیا جائے گا۔

ایڈہاک ریلیف الاؤنس 2022 پنشن اور گریجوایٹی کا حصہ نہ ہے۔

بیرون ملک پوسٹنگ/ ڈیپوٹیشن کی صورت میں یہ الاؤنس نہیں ملے گا۔

ہاں بیرون ملک پوسٹنگ/ ڈیپوٹیشن سے واپسی پر یہ الاؤنس ملنا شروع ہو جائے گا۔

سروس سسپنشن کے دوران بھی یہ الاؤنس بھی ملے گا۔

بیسک پے میں پرسنل پے بھی شامل ہے۔( یعنی پنشن کے وقت یہ پرسنل پے بیسک میں شامل ہوگی۔ اور پرسنل پے پر ایڈہاک ریلیف الاؤنس15 فیصد 2022 بھی ملے گا۔)

9-آپشن

میرا مشورہ ہے کہ آپ نے آپشن اویئل نہیں کرنابلکہ بی پی ایس 2022 پر ہی آنا ہے۔اگر آپ 30 دن تک آپشن اویئل نہیں کرتے تو خود کار طریقے سے آپ کو بی پی ایس 2022 پر منتقل کر دیا جائے گا۔

اس موضوع پر موجود تمام قواعد کو اوپر بیان کردہ حد تک تبدیل کیا گیا سمجھا جائے گا۔ اس اسکیم کے تحت تمام موجودہ قواعد میں ترمیم نہیں کی گئی ہے جو نافذ العمل رہیں گے۔

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Notification Pay and Allowances July 2022 Translation in Urdu

1- The basic pay scales have been revised with effect from 1st July 2022 for all employees.

2- Basic Pay Scales 2022 has been replaced by Basic Pay Scales 2017. As seen in a table within the Office Memorandum.

3-Procedure of Fixation: Employees Corner Zia

As per BPS 2017 which will be your basic on June 30, 2022, it will be fixed in BPS 2022 while remaining in the same stage of point to point.

Those drawing Personal Pay (PP) beyond the maximum stages will also not be revised as per BPS 2022.

4-In the case of promotion to the lower and higher posts/scales prior to the introduction of these scales, the pay of the concerned employees in the revised pay scale may be fixed and increased so that it is not less than the said pay. Be that which would be acceptable. If he was promoted to a higher post/scale after the introduction of these scales.

The 5-year increment will be met from 1st December every year as per the new BPS 2022.

6-Ad hoc relief allowances

Ad Hoc Relief Allowances 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021 will end from 1st July 2022. That means BPS will merge in 2022. (5 percent for 2013 and 2.5 percent for 2015 are not mentioned in the notification which means that both these allowances will continue.)

7-Ad hoc relief allowance 2022 fifteen percent

Ad Hoc Relief Allowance 2022 will be given at 15% on the running basis of BPS 2017. And at the same time it will be frozen. It will be given from July 1, 2022.

Newly recruited employees will be given 15% as per their scale base stage of BPS 2017 (15% at zero stage). And at the same time it will be frozen (and both the allowances 2013 and 2015 will be received if not expired, clarification is required from AG Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) Employees Corner Zia

If the pay becomes taxable by imposing Ad Hoc Relief Allowance 2022, the income tax will be deducted.

This allowance will be given on all leave except EOL i.e. Extraordinary Leave.

Ad Hoc Relief Allowance 2022 is not part of Pension and Graduation.

This allowance will not be available in case of posting/deputation abroad.

Yes, this allowance will start on return from posting/deputation abroad.

This allowance will also be available during suspension of service.

Basic pay also includes personal pay.

9-Option

I suggest that you don't opt-in but come to BPS 2022. If you don't opt-in for 30 days, you will automatically be shifted to BPS 2022.

All rules on this subject shall be deemed modified to the extent set forth above. Under this scheme all the existing rules have not been modified and will remain in force.
