In Budget 2021-22, the KPK Government announced that it wanted to make some changes to the pension rules. One of the points is that at the time of retirement of the pensioner, the average of the last three years' basic pay will be deducted, and the pension will be made on that average. Which wants to be implemented from July 1, 2022. If this issue is not stopped in time by the union, the pensioners will suffer a lot.

Similarly, the Baluchistan Government has also given an increase to its pensioners from July 1, 2021, on the basic net pension, which is a gross excess. This is causing a loss of thousands of rupees. I am also presenting two pension slips of Baluchistan as evidence.

If these changes in pensions are not stopped, it could affect the federation and Punjab and Sindh in the future. Future retirees may lose out on full benefits. It is possible that the pension will be abolished.

پنشن رولز میں تبدیلی

بجٹ 2021-22 میں کے پی کے کی حکومت نے یہ اعلان کیا تھا کہ وہ پنشن رولز میں کچھ تبدیلی کرنا چاہتی ہیں۔ جس میں ایک پوائنٹ یہ بھی ہے کہ پنشنر کی ریٹائرمنٹ کے وقت آخری تین سال کی بیسک پے کا اوسطاً نکال کر اُس اوسط پر پنشن بنائی جائے گی۔ جس کا اطلاق یکم جولائی 2022 سے کرنا چاہتی ہے اگر اس مسئلے کو یونین کے ذریعے بروقت نہ روکا گیا تو پنشنر ز کا بہت ہی نقصان ہو گا۔

اسی طرح بلوچستان حکومت نے بھی اپنے پنشنرز کو یکم جولائی 2021 سے جو اضافہ دیا ہے وہ بنیادی نیٹ پنشن پر دیا ہے جو کہ سرا سر زیادتی ہے ۔اس سے ہزارو روپے کا نقصان ہو رہا ہے ۔ میں بلوچستان کی دو پنشن سلپ بھی ثبوت کے طور پر پیش کر رہا ہوں۔

اگر پنشن میں یہ تبدیلیاں نہ روکی گئی تو آئندہ اس کا اثر وفاق اور پنجاب اور سندھ پر بھی پڑ سکتا ہے۔ آئندہ ریٹائر ہونے والے پنشنرز بھرپور فوائد سے محروم ہو سکتے ہیں۔ ممکن ہے کہ پنشن ہی ختم کر دی جائے۔
