The most important of the End Service Benefits is the pension (Gratuity) through which you can realize your dreams. But graduation gives you 65% pension, and the rest is commuted for a few years If you want to get 100% pension, the biggest disadvantage is that you will lose your Gratuity. But the monthly pension will increase significantly.
There is also a possibility of interest due to commutation. And if the life span is ten or fifteen or twenty years then the commuted portion of pension will be restored. Otherwise, they will be deprived.

انڈ سروس بینی فٹس (End Service Benefits) میں سب سے اہم پنشن (گریجوایٹی ) ہے جس کے ذریعے آپ اپنے خوابوں کی تعبیر کر سکتے ہیں۔لیکن گریجوایٹی لینے سے آپ 65 فیصد پنشن ملتی ہے اور بقیہ چند سالوں کے لئے کمیوٹ کر دی جاتی ہے جس کے عوض آپ کو گریجوایٹی ملتی ہے۔اگر آپ سو فیصد پنشن لینا چاہے تو اس کا سب سے بڑا نقصان یہ ہے کہ آپ گریجوایٹی سے محروم ہوجائیں گے۔ لیکن ماہانہ پنشن میں بہت زیادہ اضافہ ہو جائے گا۔
کمیوٹ کروانے سے اس میں سود کا بھی احتمال ہے۔اور زندگی رہی دس یا پندرہ یا بیس سال تو پنشن کا کمیوٹ شدہ حصہ بحال ہوگا۔ وگرنہ محروم رہ جائیں گے۔
