Question No. 1: I have been promoted. Will I get a Pre-Mature increment or not?

سوال نمبر 1: میری پروموشن ہوئی ہے کیا مجھے پر میچور انکریمنٹ ملے گی یا نہیں؟

Answer: Read the Terms & Conditions in your order. It will say whether you will get this increment or not. If you are entitled to a pre-mature increment then look at the next scale increment. An employee who is promoted has the right to pre-mature increment.

آپ اپنے آرڈرز میں Terms & Conditions پڑھیں۔ اُس میں لکھا ہو گا کہ آپ کو یہ انکریمنٹ ملے گی یا نہیں۔اگر آپ پری میچور انکریمنٹ کے حقدار ہیں تو اگلے سکیل کی انکریمنٹ دیکھے اگر ایک انکریمنٹ سے کم فائدہ ہو رہا ہے تو یہ پری میچور ملے گی وگرنہ نہیں۔عام طور پر جس ملازم کی پروموشن ہو تو پری میچور انکریمنٹ اُس کا حق ہے۔

Question 2: I was promoted after 1st June. Will I get the December increment now or not?

سوال 2:میری پروموشن یکم جون کے بعد ہوئی اب کیا مجھے دسمبر کی انکریمنٹ ملے گی یا نہیں؟

Answer: If you are benefiting from more than one increment, you will not receive the December increment. But if you are benefiting from more than one increment, then you have to look through the option to see if you can get the December increment or not.

اگر آپ کو ایک انکریمنٹ سے زیادہ فائدہ ہو رہا ہے تو آپ کو دسمبر کی انکریمنٹ نہیں ملے گی۔ لیکن اگر آپ کو ایک انکریمنٹ سے زیادہ فائدہ ہو رہا ہے تو پھر آپشن کے ذریعے دیکھنا ہو گا کہ آپ کو دسمبر کی انکریمنٹ مل سکتی ہے یا نہیں۔

Question 3: This is the basic pay at the time of my promotion or upgrade etc. And where will my basic pay be fixed in the next scale?

سوال 3:میری پرموشن یا اپگریڈیشن وغیرہ کے وقت بیسک پے یہ ہے اور اگلے سکیل میں میری بیسک پے کہاں فکس ہوگی؟

Answer: I have already uploaded the basic pay scale charts and explained the methods of pay fixation so that you yourself will be able to pay your own or someone else's pay fixation. However, if you are standing on the previous basic pay stage, fix it on the next scale in the next scale. If it is the same stage, then take the next stage.

میں پہلے ہی بیسک پے سکیل چارٹس اپلوڈ کر چکا ہوں اور پے فکسیشن کے طریقے بتا چکا ہوں تاکہ آپ خود اس قابل ہوجائیں کہ اپنی یا کسی کی پے فکس کر سکیں۔ پھر بھی جو آپ پچھلی بیسک پے سٹیج پر کھڑے ہیں تو اگلے سکیل میں Next above stage پر فکس کر دیں اگر same stage ہو تو next stage لے لیں۔

Question 4: This is a question most Punjab employees ask me, what is the age and service requirement for premature retirement?

سوال 4:یہ سوال زیادہ پنجاب کے ملازمین مجھ سے پوچھتے ہیں کہ پری میچور ریٹائرمنٹ کے لئے عمر اور سروس کی کیا شرط ہے؟

Answer: This problem arose when the law was amended and a law was made for Punjab employees to be 55 years of age and 25 years of service, i.e. both 55 and 25 or more. But 26 years of service for Leo Encashment and 59 years for LPR.

یہ مسئلہ اُس وقت پیش آیا جب قانون میں ترمیم کی گئی اور پنجاب ملازمین کے لئے یہ قانون بنایا گیا کہ 55 سال عمر اور 25 سال سروس، یعنی دونوں 55 اور 25 یا اس سے کراس ہو۔ لیکن لیو انکیشمنٹ کے لئے 26 سال سروس اور ایل پی آر کے لئے 59 سال عمر۔

Question 5: What will he get if he dies during my service?

"Monthly Aid", "Marriage Grant", "Funeral Grant", "Farewell Grant", "Scholarship", "Retained Official Residence", Last "Four Months Salary", "Appointment" under 17A etc.
