The Social Security Benefit Allowance is thirty percent of the basic scale zero stage. This SSB-30% allowance is also revised whenever the scale is revised. This allowance is given in the contract period in exchange for pension and graduation. In return for this allowance, the employee is deprived of pension and graduation.
