By 2008, the house rent scale was 30% of the basic stage (zero stage). As the scale was revised, the house rent was also revised. But after 2008 the scale was revised but the house rent was not revised. Then from July 1, 2018, the freeze house rent was increased by fifty percent. After that, the same rates are still running. But from July 1, 2021, the house rent for the employees of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was increased.

پچاس فیصد اضافہ کیا گیا۔اس کے بعد تاحال یہی ریٹس چل رہے ہیں۔ لیکن یکم جولائی
2021 سے خیبر پختوخواہ کے ملازمین کے لئے ہاؤس رینٹ میں اضافہ کیا گیا۔
