When an employee is hired on a contract basis. So after a while, it is regularized. When he is regular, the increments he has spent on the contract are converted into a personal allowance. But when an employee is regularized from the date of appointment after contact, he will not get the personal allowance. The easiest way to find out the personal allowance is to subtract the first regular basis from the last basic pay.

جب کوئی ایمپلائی کنٹریکٹ پر بھرتی ہوتا ہے۔ تو کچھ عرصہ گزرنے کے بعد اُسے ریگولر کر دیا جاتا ہے۔ جب وہ ریگولر ہوتا ہے تو جو عرصہ اُ س کنٹریکٹ پر گزرا ،ان انکریمنٹ کو پرسنل الاؤنس میں بدل دیا جاتا ہے۔ لیکن جب کوئی ایمپلائی کنڑیکٹ کے بعد تاریخ تقرری سے ریگولر کیا جائے تو اُسے پرسنل الاؤنس نہیں ملے گا۔ پرسنل الاؤنس معلوم کرنے کا آسان طریقہ یہ ہے کہ آخری بیسک پے میں سے پہلی ریگولر بیسک کو تفریق کر دیں۔
